I went in for a due oil change. The manager Steve reviewed my car history of past repairs that Jiffy Lube have done on my car. One ??? of the technician that was servicing my car noticed my rear brakes were down to the metal. Steve asked when the last time I had my brakes prepared. I told him I don’t remember if brakes repairs have ever been done on my car ??. I bought the car brand new ?? in Sept 2021. My rear brakes were replaced.

The gentleman who checked me in…I wish I’d had him every time! He was on point! He was professional, knowledgeable and diligent while gentle in sharing with me all the potential needs my car had.

Carlos is great guy, professional and great customer service. I drive out of my way to go to this location. The bathroom is always clean. Wait is never that long. Thanks Guys

Wow. Im actually very happy to be writing this review because the process of getting my oil change has never been smoother. I got here at 7.20 and at 7.30 they said they are done and putting together the paper work for me. Steve and Carlos both are very professional and extremely efficient. They showed me all the things they did. And complementary coffee haha
