It was quick and Mark was very professional

My mom’s car had a flashing red low oils light pop on just as we entered the shopping area. I told her there was a jiffy lube here and we rolled right in. She was freaking out a little, scared that her car would have problems and the guy offered to either top off the oil or give her an oil change. She opted for the top off an he asked her some questions about what kind of oil she may want. He helped her pop her hood, showed her the dipstick as he checked the oil level, and then showed her after each check when more oil was added. He was calm, sweet, and knowledgeable. I wish I got his name! This location is awesome. He was even interrupted by another customer while helping us and handled that well at the same time. Props to jiffy lube and their excellent staff! I will continue to be a jiffy lube patron!

I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location behind the Fast 5 Car Wash on Main St. in Irvine. Mark and team were friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. I authorized a few additional services based upon his online research of my vehicle and mileage. The pricing is very fair, and best of all, all the work was completed in under half an hour. (I came early hoping there would be less customers). I already told some friends about my great experience with Mark and will definitely be back in 5000 miles. Great customer service guys!

They took around 15 minutes to change my oil and while I did request a tire rotation, they recommended I just get new tires within the next six months and told me a tire rotation would be a waste of money which I appreciate!

I always come here for my oil changes. It’s close to home, quick, and there’s never a long wait. The team works efficiently and explains everything clearly. They also have discounts and promotions from time to time, which is a nice bonus. Highly recommend!

We are from out of town and we had a low tire pressure light come on. When we pulled in, they checked our totes and filled them up to the proper pressure. The service was excellent!!! We really appreciate the kind, quick way jiffy lube helped us!!! Thanks so much!!!

I was all set to have my car serviced at Toyota until I realized that this Jiffy Lube was half a mile from my home. The employees were incredibly friendly, helpful, and the three that I came in touch with including the manager Alex, also had very positive attitudes! I had my tires rotated, oil changed, cabin filter changed (it was disgusting), all of the fluids and, tire pressure checked, brakes checked and he gave me a $10 discount even though I didn’t have the coupon! I will always have my car serviced here!!! by the way, they did all of this and under 20 minutes! That includes me hemming and hawing about whether or not I should have the air filter replaced or try to do it myself!

Having visited three services, but these guys helped me. They did their job quickly and efficiently! Thank you)

Got there at 8:30, got a free car wash after my oil change, and still made it to work on time in Huntington Beach by 9:30 am

These guys...were AWESOME. Anthony was just so professional and Ernie just took care of my time in the lobby putting on a movie offering coffee I'm like feeling like a hotel guest over here haha amazing! I'm coming here every time as much as I can. They even cleaned my car like....amazing. And at a great price --with a list of things to watch out for and things that were in great condition for me to know. Couldn't ask for a better oil change period. Guys, THANK YOU. Keep up the amazing work!!
