I always come to jiffy lube bc their customer service is always awesome!!! The gentleman that was helping made sure he was able to use any coupons that was available I told him I’m on a very fixed budget. And was very understanding! And this is exactly why I will always come here for all my vehicle needs! I have been taking it here since my mom bought the van new in 2012! She has since passed and is now mine.

There is no debate. These folks who worked in the shop are so professional. They all get along so well, communicate quickly, do the job, provide stellar customer service, and will have you out of services in minutes. Each one of these folks I know can open their own shop and do the same. 100 out of 10 stars

Andy’s customer service was outstanding and told me all the repairs that were done on the car in detail. Very quick and nice. Thank you to Andy and there staff!

Service was fast and since I sat in my truck during the service I was able to observe what was going on. I was a little nervous because of some of the negative reviews but for me everything was ok. Now the real test will be when I bring my wife vehicle

Great customer service. I was quickly greeted, taken care of for an oil change, and just a few additional items recommended... But no pressure. Same treatment with a woman in the shop while I waited.
