I've been coming to this Jiffy Lube since I first started driving, and I've always received the nicest service. Everyone here is so kind, helpful, and honestly fun — they make the whole experience fly by. I always feel supported, and they take the time to educate me about my car instead of just rushing me through. Today Angel helped me @ the Northridge location and he was incredibly helpful — super kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things and made me feel confident about what was being done. I truly can't imagine going anywhere else. I always leave with peace of mind knowing they genuinely care about their customers and making sure our vehicles are safe so we can get home in one piece. A lot of places make you feel like you're just a number, but they have never made me feel that way here.

I go here ALL the time for every oil change and their team is the absolute best!!!

Convenient location for me! It is a minute from my house ??This is the 3rd time that I bring my car for oil change! Staff is always kind, helpful, friendly! They are not pushy at all! I will continue to bring my vehicle to this location!

They explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure me into anything extra, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s not always easy to find a place you can trust with your car, but this team definitely earned it. Highly recommend for fast and reliable service!

The shop is clean and I appreciate how you have the option of waiting in your car or in the lobby while your car is being serviced. The store manager Rigo was friendly and upfront about any discounts. The technician working on my car was friendly and he was not pushy when I told him what services I wanted exactly.

Very quick service. After class I went to go get coffee and decided to do my oil change since it’s right next door. Efrain helped me out. There was not much cars so they did the service fast and let me know about other stuff in my car that was important. Really recommend ??

Thank you so much for the great service from rigo and Sebastian they were able to save my car and the loud noise coming from the bottom, now I won’t be having any more stares from the street and they were so quick and friendly. They heard me pulling up and were able to assist on the quickness I would definitely recommend stopping by for any questions and help !!

Very fast service, quick and polite staff.

Quick and friendly and didn’t pressure any additional services. Couldn't ask for more. Diesel engine oil was pricey, but their regular synthetic oil was a fair deal.

I only bring my car here now. I came just before closing and they still took care of my car. Angel was super helpful in answering all of my questions too
