Great place to come to if you need your car fixed or repaired with fast and great customer service. Especially Steve, he really helped me out figuring out what I needed to know.

My husband had an amazing experience with a group of guys that were working there today 04/29/26 around 18:40. He got a flat and drove in; they helped him patch it up and get his spare tire on super quick and had super awesome attitudes!

I’ve been to many places for oil changes, and this is my second visit to this Jiffy Lube. Both times, I’ve left completely satisfied. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and efficient, and they consistently go above and beyond. I also really appreciate the diversity of the team—it adds to the welcoming atmosphere.

Fast and Efficient service.

Fast and professional, very pleasant experience.

Went on a weekday after work and was in and out very quickly.

The manager was so respectful to me made me feel welcomed. My SUV was very low on oil. They did the top off for free made sure my car had oil checked all tires for air fixed the air in all four his employees was very helpful and understanding on why was going on with my vehicle. I am now a new customer and will remain a new customer. I do recommend people to take there car there in.

Some of the nicest folks in town work at this Jiffy Lube. My wait was fair and understandable. Their waiting room was a bit sterile, but covered all the basic necessities. I suggest signing up for their emails for some good discounts!

Was amazing customer service all team working together on my car and I was proud they way they explain to me about details for all service i request they to check on my car And leader of they team give me something discount on my full price for service

I went on both Saturday March 28th, 2026 and Sunday March 29th, 2026 for oil changes and both days the staff were so nice and accommodating, and very respectful. They weren’t forceful about things I needed done to my car and my mother’s, and they were very reasonably priced.

Had a seriously great experience at Jiffy Lube off Tower Road. Pulled in expecting the usual quick oil change, but the team went above and beyond. Super friendly right from the start, walked me through everything without any pressure, and had me in and out way faster than I expected. They checked a bunch of stuff I wasn’t even thinking about and made sure my car was in great shape before I left. You can tell they actually care about doing things right, not just rushing you through. Waiting area was clean, service was smooth, and the whole vibe was just easy. Definitely one of the better Jiffy Lube experiences I’ve had — I’ll be coming back for sure. PS - KUDOS TO AARON AND HIS TEAM FOR OUTSTANDING WORK!!!

Great service and a very professional team

I got an oil change and they topped of fluids. I don't know a lot about car maintenence but they clearly explained everything. The staff is friendly and professional. I will be back and highly recommend the GVR location.
