Former Uber driver who did most of my trips in Phoenix and Cincinnati. I went out of my way on a Sunday to go to this Jiffy Lube and I am glad I did. The staff was professional as usual, calling out all the services they provided. I appreciate that they checked my headlights and tail lights, even finding one issue with my tail lights. It took an hour even though there was no line. They are very thorough. They offered me a bottle of water which was nice. Overall, a great experience as expected.

This was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Everything was checked on the car I was not pressured to buy any additional items. Bryan was nice and helpful. I will be using jiffy lube on Fairfield again. I recommend this place to everyone including my family and friends.

Marcus and Justin are honest Hard working staff members here they have good attitudes and I appreciated my service here.

Newly opened had to check it out just so happened that I needed an oil change, very thorough, friendly staff who's got jokes which is always a nice tune to see. Hot coffee and drinks are offered during wait time and the lobby is decently sized, Came in for a synthetic oil change didn't need more or less extremely informative with test strips that they used to check different fluids and not pushy with unnecessary services. Roughly about $110 for the trip.
