go to this location instead of the one off of windsor spring. got an oil change done at the one off windsor spring behind lowes and they did not put the skid plate back on correctly so it came off while i was going down the interstate and left me and my boyfriend stranded in the heat on the side of the road. Kayla at this location is awesome. she originally answered my phone call and after she got me in touch with the folks at the other location she made a point to call me back and make sure everything was figured out and okay which i really appreciated. will definitely not be going back to the other location.

I received oil change and rotated my tires. Justin I think the guy was name had great customer service and also another guy didn’t get his name from when I got there until I left! We laughed and had a blessed time! Thank you very much!!

Your technician was dogged in finding the leak that my vehicle's tire was experiencing. His persistence was greatly appreciated due to his finding an obscure hidden partial nail between treads. Kudos to him and the rest of your team.
