great quick service

Great job! I needed an oil change, but I didn't want to be in the shop all day. Jiffy Lube was awesome. I needed a few extra things that I wasn't financially prepared for, but Cody made sure everything was within my budget. I am definitely a permanent customer.

Absolutely ??! Excited in giving this review. AMAZING team of professional, kind, respectful and courteous group of people. I was a little concerned with going to a place that wasnt officially European...these guys worked on my vehicle with poise and competency. My car even drive better from an "oil chage"! The way they worked through safety protocols was never seen of. Im a nurse practitioner and we call out the same type of safety steps when in surgeries and when performing other high risk procedures. They EARNED my money and I did not feel like just a "number". I didn't have the coupon and they even honored it! Wow! Thanks again Jiffy Lube and my Audi Q5 thanks you as well.

Cody and his team were incredible. They were efficient and timely. They knew what they were doing and had excellent customer service. This may have been the smoothest experience at this location I’ve had. I will be back.

I needed an oil change on a Sunday, so I popped in here. Bridget was my service provider. She has an amazing personality, and gave amazing customer service from the time that I pulled up. She gave me the option of changing my cabin and engine filters, and answered questions I had about the timing of changing them. She was patient when I stopped her with questions. I truly appreciated her warm spirit, friendliness and excellent customer care. Thank you, Bridget, and Mr. Ernest who changed my oil!

I went to Jiffy Lube to get my oil change on my lunch break they where very quick very efficiently very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service I would recommend them to anyone.

I'm just back from another excellent oil change at the Fayetteville Jiffy Lube. We take all of our vehicles here, and never have a bad experience. The staff is always fast, efficient and friendly. I'm glad they're here and that we can rely on them.

I recently visited for an oil change and decided to get the air filter replaced as well after the staff informed me it was extremely overdue. The staff was very polite and explained the service well. Just got my oil changed at Jiffy Lube and wow, what an experience! ?? The staff were super friendly and got me in and out in no time. I've never had such a smooth and easy oil change experience. The new GM Cody is knowledgeable and friendly. The employee Darius was quick and clearly knows what he's doing. Definitely a 5-star rating from me! I will return and I'm telling all of my friends!
