Great service

Great experience at Jiffy Lube! I came in for an oil change and filter service on my Lexus RX 450h, and everything was done quickly and professionally. The team was friendly, respectful, and didn’t try to upsell anything — exactly what I appreciate. Big thanks to Dee, Diesel, and Eric for the great service. They worked efficiently as a team, checked everything, and even made sure my tire pressure was set correctly. You can tell they care about doing the job right and treating customers well. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Bad place :/ I thought this was an autism intake center :/ I came for my NDER NWEM TIRE RO! And they had no idea what I’m talking about :(

The team working when I came in (Diesel, Keith, and Rome) were extremely friendly, professional, and even helped me save a few bucks! Im only removing a star because everyone seems to know what they're doing except the manager Eric. I had even overheard the team talking about he is the only one there with damage reports.. Great team, horrible team leader

New management indeed, and the results are noticeable. No pun intended, the team runs like a well oiled machine. I believe Jerome is the one Ive been interracting with. They are working on my car as I write this. I just couldnt wait to express how smooth this process is. This is my normal place for oil change but im pleased with the update.

The individual helping me was very friendly and informative about my car/the oil it would need. He gave suggestions on things I should get looked at but I did not feel pressured at all to pay or get them done right then and there. The service was overall very quick. Thank you!

Chris, a marine veteran for 8-years, was so awesome. I came in with a loud noise coming from the exhaust and he had a certified mechanic onsite check it out. This service is outside of jiffy lube services offered. Previously, Mike did the same last week when he checked only the catalytic converter since I asked for this specifically. I appreciate you good fellas and my community will know about this good deed. Have a blessed 2024!
