Stop in to get my air pressure check on all 4 tires and check my oil . They are always so friendly and doing an awesome job!!! I guess there to get my oil change. Very friendly and they do an awesome job!!! Plus it is close to our house.

I was driving home from the airport when I realized I had a flat tire on the highway. I pulled off to the closest exit and pulled in here hoping they could put my spare on for me. They were SO kind to me from start to finish. Someone came out and greeted me in the parking lot to ask me what I needed help with. I went inside and waited while they inspected the tire. He explained what they were doing the whole time. They were quick and efficient in changing it for me. Thank you to these kind workers who helped me get back on the road safely and quickly.

If you're looking for a fast and efficient oil change in Indianapolis, try the Jiffy Lube on Thompson Road and US 67. They are absolutely wonderful! So friendly and helpful and very forthcoming about what is needed and what services they will perform. I highly recommend this place!

I took a chance on the Kentucky Ave Jiffy Lube. They did a righteous job on my vehicle. The techs were hospitable. Ryan was the kindest. The work was done quick and efficient. They took my online coupons with no issue. Thank you Gentrification Gentlemen.

I had the time so I stopped in and was surprised at the amount my oil change would be today. Normally I have a coupon but I didn’t this time. It was too expensive for me to get it done without it, but the manager helped me out and I was able to get my oil changed. It was only the second time I’ve been to this location, but after the customer service today I’ll definitely be back.

I absolutely love my Jiffy Lube Crew. They have always given great customer service. It doesn't matter what it is from getting air in my tires to getting the oil changed.
