The experience was easy and fast. Tyler and Elijah did a great job with good service.

Overall they did a good job. They were through and detailed. They gave me my military veteran discount without any issues.

This place is amazing—not just because they do their jobs well and efficiently, but because they truly go above and beyond. I was worried I might have a mouse in my glove box (apparently it’s more common than I realized), and when I asked if they could check, they didn’t hesitate. When the mouse actually came out—I was terrified—they immediately jumped in and took everything out of my vehicle to make sure it was gone. They went far beyond what I expected and, most importantly, never made me feel embarrassed or silly for being human. I’m so grateful for their kindness and help. Thank you!!!

I had an amazing experience here! As a young woman, i feel like i sometimes get played at car places. The general manager was kind and concise and took great care of my car! 10/10 recommend. They are knowledgeable and will be honest and kind.

Great service & crew was excellent. Coupon made the oil change affordable. My vehicle burns oil & they offer free top off. So that was a major factor when choosing Jiffy Lube (the last time I used Valvoline in Jenison & said they could only top off if I paid $11 a quart, what a rip off). Allendale Jiffy Lube employees were professional & courteous. Services were excellent, & I will be back in the future.

Went for a simple oil change and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Willy who greeted me when I arrived and made sure to ask all the right questions about what I needed and how my car was doing. This was my first time there and I will definitely be returning.

Prompt, friendly, quick service

Decided to add on a tire rotation on top of my routine oil change. They noticed one of the tires had been slashed through, and it would probably burst within 100 miles. I feel so lucky they caught it. God works in mysterious ways sometimes!

Went on a Sunday for a Sunday Coupon could have went Saturday for the same price!

When I pulled up to the establishment a wonderful young man by the name of Willie greeted me and the manager Regina was so intelligent really kind and it was a very pleasant atmosphere

I would highly recommend this place to anyone who lives in the area. The staff is great. They explain everything thoroughly with detail and make sure you understand exactly what they are doing to your car. They are also very good at explaining all of the different options when receiving services for your car.

We are new to Allendale and just wanted a quick oil change, we got there around 1 there was zero wait time. A sweet kid came to greet us and made sure what we wanted. He checked all the break lights and things then walked us through the options. They didn't try to push anything on us extra. They were full frontal with what needed to be done and when. As well as recommendations. They were super fast, efficient and had amazing communication and team work skills. I recommend this place highly. They were reasonably priced and had everything our car needed, which were had issues before them not having filters or items we need. I highly recommend them

Fast service no wait time

Went for oil change and decided to get my tires rotated. They couldn't get one of the lug nuts off and were honest and apologized, I was not charged as they couldn't do it. They also offered for an extra charge to try to clear up my headlights mine and very bad and hazy. It worked pretty good obviously not factory new but they can't grind them down, also very honest about the process and told me to come back if I had any issues. This was my first visit and they've been here for a year. Reginha was very professional and through. I'd recommend the shop and waiting area are spotless.

Needed an Oil Change, already bought the oil and filter from work. They put in the oil, filter, and coolant for about $70. Nice crew, and very professional. Not pushy, and seem knowledgeable. Appreciate their work, and the little amount of time it takes for good work.

I am very impressed! Willie was very respectful and honest. These are great people.

I've visited the new Jiffy Lube in Allendale twice now for an oil change (this past time they also rotated my tires) and both times I've not only been happy with the end result, but also super impressed by how courteous and knowledgeable they have been! I never feel pressured, unlike at the traditional corner oil change company, nor do I feel like a number that they're trying to shuttle through. Another bonus I appreciate is the fact that they have very nice lounge area you can relax in while they work on you car, or even while you wait in line! No loud noises or weird smells. After asking what needed to be done, Tyler walked my son and I over, and showed us where there were free goodies, and coffee/bottled water was, etc. The nicely decorated lobby was very clean, bathroom too. After Kamryn and others were done with their initial inspection, I was given a thorough review with input about recommendations, all on a large computer screen with much more valuable information including graphics and dealership guidelines. However again no hard selling, or pressing, etc while I was there, only guidance, which I think is great, given some of situations I've experienced at places of this nature, this right here is WHY I KEEP GOING BACK. Given all this extra one on one attention, it does increase the time just a little per customer, however I believe this means they're taking their time to the job right the first time...trust me we've all heard the horror stories about those really fassst places :/, but why regress...Reginah helped check us out today, with great customer service, something I've grown to expect here. I don't believe you would regret giving them try ??...

So impressed with this service. Quick, professional, thorough, kind, respectful, and personable staff. Will definitely come back to this location and recommend others do, too. Highly, highly recommend!
