got my oil changed and the two employees that helped me today were really nice, polite, and efficient. Unfortunately i did not remember to take their names, but it was a man and a lady that helped me today. It was quick and easy, and i appreciated that they were not pushy with suggestions about any other services, that was what I was worried about since it was my first time going. Will definitely come back again. Thanks!

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Q and his team, including Moe. This visit was for a fleet service, where I’ve experienced issues in the past at other locations, so I came in a bit skeptical—but they completely changed that experience. From the moment I pulled in, they were professional, friendly, and efficient. They took the time to explain what my vehicle needed without any pressure, and everything was handled smoothly and correctly. It was clear they understood the importance of getting fleet vehicles serviced quickly and reliably. Q runs a solid team—everyone worked well together and clearly takes pride in what they do. Moe was especially helpful and made sure everything was taken care of before I left.

I went to Jiffy lube today needing a care inspection or I wouldn’t be able to work after today. I met Krystal inside of Jiffy lube and asked if this service could be provided. Krystal was very nice and told me to pull into bay #1. I then was greeted by Anthony who completed the car inspection within 15 minutes and advised of a possible problem I may have in the future. I can’t say enough about my experience today at Jiffy lube and meeting two great people, Krystal and Anthony. Thx again ??

They were all very friendly

Great Friendly service. Was forward with pricing and wasn't pressured into trying to buy additional services. Just made some recommendations and said that they could complete them. But didn't feel pressurized like some of the other oil change places around.

The manager from the West side Saginaw Paul said they would be good to me here at the south cedar location and he was right, got an oil change and light bulb put in for under 140.00
