Walked in and asked for an inspection, he said 15-20 minutes and they delivered. Easiest and nicest place to go to in the area.

Very professional staff

Made an inspection appointment at a local place, but upon arrival was told they were too busy. Went to Jiffy Lube and didn't even need to get out of the car as a service member came out and took my information and we made an appointment for that very day. Came back at the designated time to find my finished car! Everything was quick and easy. Thank you Jiffy Lube for the good and quick service.

The staff and service at Jiffy Lube in Geneseo are excellent. I have my NYS inspections and oil changes done there. I drive a Mazda CX5 premium edition. The crew is also very friendly and pleasant to work with.

I had a great experience at the Jiffy Lube on E South St in Geneseo. My heat shield fell off while I was driving into town, and I pulled in, hoping they could help. The team immediately checked and helped remove the loose heat shield from my car so I could safely continue driving. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout. What really stood out was that they didn’t even ask for any compensation; they just genuinely wanted to help. It’s rare to find service like that these days. I’m very grateful for their assistance and would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area. Thank you for the kindness and great service!

Mike B the manager came right out as soon as I pulled in and asked what he could help me with. I needed an oil change and he had my car in and out within 10-15 minutes. Very honest with what he thought the vehicle needed and was quick to help. Extremely kind the customer service was absolutely appreciated ?? I highly recommend!! I stopped in, it's my first time at JiffyLube. The office was CLEAN?? they had coffee and EVERYTHING ?? The customer service was top tier, I had an oil change, new filters and was out the door in less than 20 minutes ??

This Jiffy Lube is great. They're nice, never too busy, and don't nickel and dime you with unnecessary expenses. I've never had to wait too long. The waiting area doesn't have a TV, which is great so you can actually relax without the squawking. Love these guys!

The only place we take our vehicles, unless it’s for a service they don’t offer but that’s rare. They’re very down to earth, friendly, fast, & we trust their recommendations & estimates. The manager even applied a coupon to our final invoice that we weren’t aware existed, saving us about $40. Every experience is positive here & we’ve been going here for years.
