Mike and Walter were great. It was great how they explained everything and were so respectful and helpful. Definitely going to return. I know I put reasonable price but for the service they did I would have paid more rather than less at a place that makes me question what they are doing. Thank you so much. ??

Professional friendly and quick on trip today for my transmission fluid exchange on my Honda accord. Tried another location who unfortunately said they didn’t have the equipment to before and couldn’t honor my online quote. This location got the job done .

They they were fast they were friendly they were efficient they were very informative you can't ask no more than that when getting your oil changed I am a regular jiffy lube customer this was my first time at this location and I was very pleased

Went for an oil change that I bought off Groupon! They were very friendly and quick! They let me know of upcoming services I’d need soon and inspected my brakes for me! Will definitely be coming back over my closer jiffylube (thanks Groupon!)

I enjoy going to Jiffy Lube on 161 because the tech people are always kind, friendly and professional. I use to go to Jffy Lube on Morse and Walford, but because of the unfriendly and professional treatment I recieved, I had to switch to the best Jiffy Lube on 161 and I have never regretted it. I recieved a great price for my oil change and air filter replacement.

Techs there were very helpful and polite. Had issue with my Groupon but they were very patient and I ended up getting it taken care of.

The people who helped me were very personable and kind! They got me in and out for a taillight turn signal that went out and made it a stress free experience! Totally worth the 20 min drive I did from my house! Totally recommend!
