I was headed out of town and needed an oil change. Corey was the young man who helped us. He was very professional, kind, and informative. Answered all questions. I NEVER knew I had a filter inside of the car and to my surprise it was the original filter when I bought the car (2017)….so it needed to be changed IMMEDIATELY! ?? Thanks Corey for letting me know. The light skinned bald head gentleman (So sorry I didn’t get his name) assisted with replacing the inside filter. He too was very professional and friendly. I said that to say this….I will be back! Really appreciated the GREAT customer service.

COREY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS AND HELP ME UNDERSTAND MY CAR MAINTENANCE SETTINGS IN MY DASH ON BOARD COMPUTER. I DIDN'T KNOW ALL THESE SETTINGS WERE THERE. I received exceptional service from Carlos at Jiffy Lube! I always appreciate when a service person is both kind and professional. Carlos quickly determined that the parts needed to complete the job were available. I was amazed at how well he explained the process and gained my approval for the cost before proceeding. When I compared the cost of the service to the quote I received from the dealership where I initially took my car, I was delighted that I was saving over 45% for the same service. I will be a return customer.
