Great and quick service always

From the moment I pulled in. Professional customer service as if I showed up 30 mins after opening, nope. I showed up fifteen minutes before closing and these guys every last one of them that worked on Saturday 4/25/26 were awesome. I didn't just ask for an oil change, I decided to ask about the inspection and you know what the guy told me Stile if I remember it correct when he say it and pointed it out on his shirt, was that, "we take inspection until the last vehicle is out, around 6:15." Now you can't beat this, just professional and warm welcoming. I thought I was Jiffy Lubing, now that I've met these guy, I am. The best one I've gine to. I received an oil change,and all that comes with it, including checking the air in the tires and wiping off the windshield, and he spoke over, to remind the inspection guy that I am in line for an inspection just incase another customer comes in wanting an inspection, and it didn't take long. Thanks again guys, I really do appreciate the warm welcoming and professional environment you guys has create for each one of us, your customers.

I was in and out in less than 30 minutes for an oil change. Great customer service, all the guys were very attentive, great manners, explained the process, and well worth it. I will definitely be going back and I will be recommending to my family and friends.

I pulled up to the red light in front of Jiffy lube. My children were in the backseat and wanted to say hello to the man standing out front. So I rolled down the windows and my children yelled hello. He was very friendly it turns out his name is Mr Will. After saying hello to my children he asked me where I go for my car services and I said Kwik kar. He said why don't you give us a shot. 4 days later here I am giving them a shot and I'm very happy with my experience I got a synthetic oil change wipers filters things like that. I'm happy to say that I will definitely be back for my next service. Thank you Mr Will for bringing me in the door!

Staff here is always so kind and welcoming. I got an oil change, Windshield wiper replacement and inspection done today and it was so smooth and easy. It took me a second to get a new copy of my insurance card since my old one had just expired and they were absolutely so patient with me. Hate getting my oil changed but coming here makes it so much easier. I will always recommend this specific location. So thankful!

Went to get an oil change. They topped off all fluids, aired up my tires, and asked instead of insisting if I wanted anything else down. They took no for an answer the first time and were very respectful with their recommendations that I asked for. Juan was the gentleman who I talked to, but the whole crew was extremely polite. Would rate higher if possible!

Both my inspection and oil change were done in a timely manner. They showed me the items that were recommended but did not pressure me into buying it. Overall, I will return in the future. The manager Albert has a great team all around.

ABSOLUTELY incredible customer service. These guys are fast, efficient, friendly, and extremely competent. Even though I'm moving away from Dallas, I will keep coming back to this location. I've never been treated so well or had my service be so wonderful!
