I love this Jiffy Lube location!! James is such a friendly and thoughtful attendant. I was pleasantly surprised to see he and Mike had transitioned to this location from the Puyallup one. They always provide excellent customer service and are fun to talk to while they’re working. This is definitely my fav Jiffy in town, even tho the other one is close I would still come to this location just for the customer service experience.

I brought my dog and he got spoiled lol. I came for an oil change and had my dog with me. He walked away with like 10 new friends. Exceptional customer service. Very inviting. Would come again just based off of that.

Quick and friendly service!

I recently stopped by for an oil top-off and tire air. The check-in staff was friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, I did notice that the technicians did not communicate directly with me about what was going on. I overheard that my oil could not be topped off because of its condition, but this was never clearly explained to me. A quick explanation and being given options—such as recommending an oil change—would have made the experience much better. Overall, not a bad visit, but clearer communication with me would really improved the service. I’ve been to several Jiffy Lube’s and I’ve never had the actual technician/mechanic not communicate with me. Most are usually helpful and some would even let you see your fluid if it needs to be changed so this was a different experience at this location.
